Quoted prices are good for (30) thirty days, and subject to revision thereafter.

                                                                

Payment of deposit is considered acceptance of this proposal in its entirety.

 

‘images by pat irwin’ will provide minor revisions on your quoted project after a layout has been established and accepted by you. Any additional revisions affecting layout, design or operation are billed at a separate rate. Text corrections, image adjustments, or minor item/functionality changes not affecting the layout as a whole are NOT considered revisions, but part of the process of ‘images by pat irwin’ creating the project you envision.

 

Fees are negotiated via Proposal prior to payment of deposit and you will receive an email or in-person written verification of the Service Agreement/Proposal Acceptance.

 

'images by pat irwin' requires an initial one-third (33%) deposit of the total proposal price for all services to be provided. If your project requires additional software, web hosting, or other services that require travel or special services, this deposit will be fifty percent (50%).  Once your project moves from the Development Stage into Final Development, a second one-third (33%) payment of the final cost is due.  

 

‘images by pat irwin’ s preferred method of payment is through Google Checkout. An online payment form is available at the following url: http://pat-irwin.com/payment.html 

 

Electronic invoices for payment via Google Checkout are available upon request.

 

Deposits by check are made payable to ‘Pat Irwin’ or ‘Images By Pat Irwin’ A ‘wait-period’ of up to ten business days is required for deposits made via business check.

Checks which are returned due to non-sufficient funds are subject to a charge of $75.00 per occurrence, plus any applicable bank fees. After two consecutive occurrences, legal remedies will be sought.

Once the deposit is received, work on your project will begin. You will be able to view and test your project on our servers while it is being authored. Digital watermarks will be placed on your project, and will remain until the project is completed and approved by you, and final payment is made.

Your project will then be available for download, email, or shipping via USPS, on CDR. Or, your project can be posted to your domain, by ‘images by pat irwin', depending on the agreement in place.

 

If domain/hosting services are included in your project, ‘images by pat irwin’ will post your project on your domain, without digital watermarks. Once final payment is received and the project is completed, full access to your domain and host will be released to your care and control.

Any additional services, outside of the initial Service Agreement, are billable on a case by case basis.

 

Fees and deposits paid for domain name registration, authoring, graphic services, audio/video service, programming and software are NOT refundable.

Written notification must be provided for contract cancellation. Contract cancellation on domain and hosting services must be received within five (5) business days of initiation of services in order to provide a refund; a five percent (5%) contract cancellation fee will be imposed. For contracts cancelled after five (5) business days, a twenty-five percent (25%) contract cancellation fee will be imposed.

 

Refunds are provided within fourteen (14) business days, upon receipt of written request, and payable by company check.

 

Non-payment of contracted services will result in your project to remaining in the care and control of ‘images by pat irwin’ until the bill is resolved.
